If the
OC lamp does fog I agree with those who suggest laying a
sheet of Rubylith over (under?) the regular filter.
What Kodak calls a dark red safelight is safe for any
orthochromatic or color blind material but is less visually
bright than amber for the same actual light level and many
find them uncomfortable.
