I think it depends on what you are using. My chlorobromide enlarging
emulsion with no developer incorporated coated on fiber paper fully
develops in 1 minute to 90 seconds in a standard print developer,
which is just as fast as AGFA MCP.

This is the same regardless of RC or FB.

In my darkroom setup and washing water, if I can spend 30 minutes, I
don't need washing aid to wash AGFA MCC.  It all depends on the
processing chemistry, paper, and most importantly the washing water.
