Ok, I'm not an expert, but I have done some of this with my 8x10 Sinar.
I recommend using an enlarging lens. I think I used a 150mm nikkor, and
I must've had 2 meters of bellows extension. Unless you have tactical
weapon level strobes, you'll need to use multiple pops of the flashes.
Shutters are not needed. My next choice would be the 210 Goertz because
it's a process lens which is optimized for 1:1. You'll be using it at
more than that that, though, so it shouldn't be as good as the enlarging
lens. Last choice would be the Schneider APO since it is probably
optimized for infinity. But..why not find out for sure and take a
picture with each option and compare? Given the cost and time involved
in such a setup, a little time spent testing would be a good idea.
