[pure-silver] Re: Purple-Tinted Negs

I have found that two issues need to be addressed to clear the color cast
from film; fresh fix and soak without agitation in Hypo Clear. I generally
use a two fix process on film as well as paper. I also found by chance that
just soaking the film with Hypo clear, no agitation, solved the pinkish
color problem;5 minutes instead of a 2 minute bath. I use distilled water
for making Hypo clear as well.
