[pure-silver] Re: PureSilver was good, but...

Hi all,

If I can add my two Loonies worth. I joined this group back in the spring of this year and never a dull moment. I have learnt a lot and and have always felt that I could ask questions, and no matter how "amateurish" they may have sounded, there was always a response that was helpful.

I belong to another list group, camera collectors, and it also bottoms over the summer. I think that this is a cyclical phenomenon. Summer holidays, people are off doing outdoor summer things, etc.. But it'll pick-up. I'm not yet ready to write the obituary for this group and I do have a question that's coming up in my next e-mail.

Cheers all,
Bogdan

The two are very different. For one thing APUG accepts advertising and has broader topics.. There is a niche for each. It isn't a one or the other chioce.

..is it over?

There are very few messages per week here now. I keep looking, but there is
close to no activity compared to other sites. I always appreciated the more
advanced discussions here and have learned a lot from you all.

What happened? Why is the APUG membership growing by over 100 a month (and
sometime a week)?

BTW:

Richard

They really need you on APUG.
