Taxes vary from country to country, Europe is a big mess on this, here in
Switzerland it's only a 7.6%, so duties are not our major problem.

USPS are probably not pricey but I can't say they're very efficient:
- I ordered a copy of my book at Lulu.com, it took 2 months to arrive.
- I ordered several electron tubes from New York, they went through South
Africa before arriving in Switzerland. Maybe Swaziland sounds very close to
Switzerland but, geographically, well, they are pretty far ...

The only advantage is cost, duties included. As, with low-cost items, they
rarely charge it.

I can't recommend USPS for serious things.
