    Its probably a Kodak Precision Enlarger Assembly-B. The 
A was for smaller negatives. These are simple but respecible 
enlargers. The problem is that they have not been made for a 
great many years. If he is giving it away its a decent 
enlarger. Otherwise I would look for something like a more 
recent Omega. Omega is still in business and parts are 
available.
