Except I don't think it actually exists.  What I saw was them begging
for donations to make this happen …

I saw the video, but did not have the sound on, so I didn’t get this. To be 
honest, the video was long on presentation, but seemed to involve over 
elaborate solutions to what should be a fairly straight forward problem.

I think on this kind of project its best to build a prototype, find out what 
the real design issues are, and evolve the design from there.
