Eric, I think you'd have to paint the floor anyway to permit adhesive
tiles to stick. I've use epoxy paint in my cellar darkroom (Kodak
yellow at that, very hard wearing) and ordinary cement paint (much
easier to apply and satisfactory wear). I've not tried the sealer
products; they sound appealing. Thankfully I am now located above
grade.
