see the ISPs taking a serious interest in the problem.

Clifford, Yes, but unlikely here. The yahoo groups pose a much greater risk
of email harvesting. I have also noticed that Microsoft forums proved to be
a source of harvested goods.
A very effective way to stop the pirate ads is to forward the email to the
company (ies) being robbed. I started routinely sending pirate offers that
included Photoshop to piracy@xxxxxxxxx
I don't know if it helped, but there were several bust made of pirates just
a few weeks back. I would also like to see ISP be required to forward
complaints with attached SPAM to proper authorities so that all that
solicitation can come to an end.

that I am bombarded with offers of pirated software, and the source of the
problem may come from lists such as this: is possible to lift addresses in
this way?
