Aren't you worried about accidently knocking it off the counter? While I've never knocked a full tray off the counter I've knocked almost everything else. That has never occured to me and never happened but I process film in a dark room sink that has sides and there is no way to knock something off of it. The pyrex bread pan is perfect.
