[pure-silver] Re: Mat cutting on the cheap

I use a router guide clamp, not cheap but very effective. This is like a
long ruler in a rigid aluminium extrusion with a sliding stop and a lever
lock at one end. It will clamp the mat board firmly onto a kitchen table .
I also have a Logan board like the one you describe but this is quicker to
use. Neilsen UK <www.nielsenonline.co.uk > will sell 32" x 44" museum
board in packs of 10 - at less than half the price of most artists
materials shops.
