[pure-silver] List mail delivery problem

It appears that subscribers at Comcast are not getting mail from the list. The error list sent to administrators shows that there is a "temporary unable to deliver mail" error for several subscribers on that ISP and the owner of the Rollei-List, of which I am also a con-administrator has reported similar problems. Some Comcast subscribers may be reading the list via the web site and will like to know the problem is at their ISP not the list. Presumably, all the missing messages will be delivered when the problem is fixed.
