I see it plainly here and my condolences.  Man that's bad!  

In the past with problem papers I've taken them back to the store w/the 
offending prints taped to the package.  Sorry I have no "cures" for you though.

It is hard to see on my screen unless I tilt the angle strongly... is it also 
the same in the border area, as I see it appears to be, in the top picture? 

It has been a while and I fogot but did you ever get the emulsion number off 
that box? I would like to check it aginst the data I have.
