[pure-silver] Info on lense please

Hi !
A friend of mine has got a large format lens which is a "Rank Pullin 
Commercial". (as far as I know, it is a 135 or 150 mm, was fitted in a 
9x12 cm  camera)
I've not seen it, nor have any clue of what it is and how old it is.
Do you know something better ?
