One problem with MSDS is that they are often both
incomplete and misleading about proportions of
ingredients.
Always remember that they are legal documents, not
technical
or scientific papers.
That is true, but ingredients listed in MSDS (with a
percentage that
begins with nonzero value, like 1-2%) are most probably in
the
product, while absence of an ingredient in MSDS does not
mean it is
not included in the product.
Hydroquinone and ascorbate are not superadditive in
ordinary developers.
I meant that about MSDS, your statement is clearer and
specific.
