Foma makes a developer called Fomadon LQR:
http://www.foma.cz. They write that when diluted 1+4 it can be used in developing machines, but give no more details...
Also, they don't supply it in 0.5 L bottles, as they state on their site, but in 5 L ones. :-)
I personally have never used a machine processor, so have not had the opportunity to test the LQR in one.

The thing is a tank and according to the manual it takes 14 LITERS (nearly 4 gallons) of developer and the same amount of fixer and water rinse. But I wold bneed to know where I can get more - apparently the machine heats the chemistry to about 35 degrees centigrade (nealry 100 Fahrenheit) and hence there is a special developer for it. I guess normal developer recipes just go bad too quickly at that temperature.

Does anyone know more about these developers? I cannot seem to find anything about them on the "new" Ilford Web Site and I have the feeling the new Ilford might not make the stuff anymore.

So if anyone can point me to the make up of these chemicals or can tell me a good substitute (for AGFA RC papers, fixed grade and multi-contrast) I would bve very grateful indeed.
