I use a holding tray (Kodak Automatic Tray Siphon attached) to collect
prints as they are printed. Then I put them all in my Dunwright and Vogel
20x24 vertical washer. This washer is nice as it can be partitioned to take
all sizes of paper, simultaneously, without losing small prints in the
bottom of a deep washer. It has twelve slots which I have mine partitioned
up into four 20x24/16x20 slots, four 11x14 slots, and four 8x10 slots. The
four 20x24/16x20 slots take four prints of either size, the four 11x14
slots will take eight 11x14s, and the four 8x10 slots will take twelve
8x10s. This ends up being very convenient since it holds just the right
amount of each print for my normal printing sessions. I typically wash a
batch of fiber prints about 45 minutes.

I am making the transition from using a top-notch rental darkroom (which,
unfortunately, has now closed) to a home darkroom. As I'm learning,
there's much more involved than finding an enlarger! Right now I'm
looking at the paper washing question. From what I can see there are two
options: an archival washer (such as the Calumet or Gravityworks) or a
large tray with a siphon (or even something as simple as the Yankee Print
Washer on the B&H website:

My question is for those of you who print fiber paper: how do you wash it
and are you happy with your method? For what it's worth, I print both RC
and fiber, and typically have four to six fiber prints (a combination of
8x10 and 11x14) and perhaps twice than many RC prints from a typical
session. And I follow the Permawash sequence with fiber paper: 5 minute
preliminary wash, five minutes in Permawash, then final wash (at least 20
minutes).
Thanks for sharing your expertise!
