[pure-silver] Re: High contrast printing?

I don't have the figures to hand but the usual edition size has been 5000 + US 
edition, although the 1st printing book had a first UK run of 8000 and the 
remaining runs were 5000 each as far as I recall. There were a lot of reprints 
though before the revised edition which was either 3 or 5,000. (It's a while 
ago)

How many copies of the book(s) have been sold. Ralph Lambrecht has 
stated on APUG that 'Way Beyond Monochrome' had a print run of 4000 
which have now all sold.
