Good question!  I had assumed that there wouldn't be any indication on
the package since Kodak is merely farming out production.  This is
different from the Agfa case where A&O is now fully in control.
However, if the package is different then maybe this is the indication.

The 1L package seemed to be a problem; I've also always mixed developer
with purified water, to avoid variation in tap water.

How can I tell if I have "new" chemicals?  I recall the last 5L package
of Xtol I bought this summer came in a different package than it has
historically.
