No, No ! and maybe Claudio Bonavolta, which is Swiss, will agree !
This saying was given to me by some people from the Apenzell canton !
(they survive a harsh winter, and a hard climate...)
French people only says that Swiss are slowwwwwww thinking.
The decency prevents me saying how they call French people.
