Hello Friends and Colleagues,

I hope you are all doing well in the new year.

A friend of mine in DC, Barbara Case, whom many of you know, is trying
to sell a Leica M4, a Leica meter and some lenses (description and more
information of all, below). She has had expressions of interest from
some photo journalists, who if not for the economy, would definitely
make the investment to take the items off her hands.

Do you know anyone who might be interested in these items? Where (what
site) would you suggest she try to sell them?

Leitz Wetzlar Leica DBP M4 camera, black--serial number M4-1210382--with

Leica Meter MR: $1,200.00.

Here are serial numbers and asking prices for the lenses:
Summilux 1: 1.4/50 - 2028809- $1,000; Summaron 1: 2.8/35 - 2218396 -
$500;
Elmarit 1: 2.8/90 - 2125999 - $500.

Original owner. All in excellent condition with accompanying literature
from 
time of purchase: Frankfurt c.1968.
