I don't know. I haven't tried this with films like the Efkes or Foma. APX
is obviously a very "modern" film and not very reactive to different
developers or methods. I did a large test with APX100 and several
different developers ranging from St=F6ckler 2-bath over Rdoinal, D76 to
Xtol and D23 and found that APX100 gave nearly identical results with all
this developers, you need >10x enlargments to see any difference.

I suspect that the Deltas, Acros and T-Max films show this behaviour, too.
There are probably other films like the Neopan 400 that show large
influences to different developers or methods, but the films I usually use
(Delta 100, 400 and APX100) didn't show these differences in my tests, so
they all are developed in the ATL3.
