[pure-silver] Developer Stain Remover

I've just found a nice little developer stain on a decent pair of pants and was 
wondering if anyone had a formula for removing this.
I found an MSDS for a product that does this which lists ethylene glycol and 
thiourea as the ingredients.  Thiourea makes sense certainly.  I can't see 
buying the ethylene glycol if that's integral to the performance of the 
remover, and I would just get the product.  But if my apothecary has the 
ingredients, I might as well make it myself.
