I use DD-X too with Ilford 3200. You have to be careful not to overprocess it or it is very grainy.

I use Ilford DD-X with this film with great results, however my second choice would be PMK pyro but I have not successfully processed Delta 3200 with it.
I have seen others have great success with Pyro / Delta 3200.
I have always gotten thin negatives when I have tried it- I think to use PMK would require a different ratio than the norm (1:1 perhaps) of A + B solutions or at the very least a very long development time- 19 min vs 9 min for Delta 400. As I am sure you would, I would run a test roll with any unfamiliar film/dev combo.

I have some Delta 3200 shot at 3200 to process.
My developer choices on hand are D-76, HC-110. Pyrocat HD, PMK Pyro, and T-Max.
Of these, what would one recommend for this film?
Thanks!
Eric
