The greatest step I've made in reducing odor (which disturbs my wife
more than me) was to substitute citric acid for acetic acid in stop
bath. Boric acid is also odor free, but dissolves with more difficulty.
I can stir citric acid powder into 68º water in seconds.
I don't mind the smell of fixer, but HATE the odor of acetic acid (I
don't even like foods made with vinegar).

Citric acid (monohydrate) 15.0g
