That's correct, Harman nave declared that they will not deliver products for re-labelling. So on the aquisition of Kentmere that policy also extends to Kentmere products.

It seems to me that Ilford did the same thing a few years ago. For a very long time Arista film was bulk Ilford film. Ilford then decided it was competing with itself by selling custom brand materials and stopped, at least for a time. Kentmere seems to have lived off of custom brand materials. Perhaps the difference was that Ilford has been a well established brand for many decades while Kentmere was not. That is, Kentmere is also a very old company but a great many more people knew who Ilford was than Kentmere. I think Kentmere was in somewhat the same position as Farrinia, the Italian film maker, who sold its color film mostly as OEM rebranded stuff. Harmon may feel that the money it spends in promoting both Ilford and Kentmere products is wasted when its sold under a house brand.
