I agree with Eric. I think D-19 is to get very high contrast
and definition for recon photos. If you want to use it pictorially, please
do some tests with other developers.

I don't know anything about that film, but D-19 is very high contrast
developer. I use it to make original negs capable of printing on albumen
paper.

I'm about to shoot some Kodak Plus-X Aerographic film 2402 at ground level,
and develop it in a tray of Kodak Professional D-19. Does anyone have a
recommendation for filom speed, developer dilution and developing time?
