My vote - whatever it is worth is to keep this list devoted to Black and White.
If people want to create a second list that would be cool, and I would certainly 
want to be a member of a color list of the calibur of Pure Silver.

I agree completely, except that I would not be interested in the color list. To me, black and white is synonymous with fine photography.
