I'm finally running out of a large supply of Heico and Kodak HCA that I had acquired and had been looking for home-mix HCA formulas. I looked just now on the archives and didn't easily find the background info mentioned on the formula below. What dilution are you using this at? Thanks.

Water to make 1 liter

When you say "completely bleach the image" do you mean
there shouldn't be any image left?  Typically deep
blacks here remain quite visible after bleaching.
