[pure-silver] Re: Amidol and oxidization

It is good to know that the reported pink cast with Rapid Fix did not occur with our new paper. Thanks for letting me know.

Will ship the Amidol to you on Tuesday.

I would like some. Though I am printing on papers other than Lodima and Azo.

One other thing: When printing on silver chloride paper do not use Rapid Fix. It does give a pink color to the prints. We use pain Sodium Thiosulfate with 15 grams of Sodium Bisulfite added per half gallon.

When I tested the test batch of Lodima I fixed in Kodak Rapid Fix and didn't get any of the coloration you mention. In my process it came out very neutral color.
