The amount of Ammonium Thiosulfate will be around 150 grams per liter of _working solution_, so for a stock to be diluted one part stock to 4 parts water it would be about 750 grams. Actually, it will weigh more because it has some Sulfite and some alkali in it but not a lot more. BTW, many of the statements made on the web site about alkaline fixer are pure drivel. Another BTW, virtually all Ammonium Thiosulfate (rapid) fixers, neutral or acid, come as a liquid concentrate because powdered Ammonium Thiosulfate is quite unstable. Good neutral pH rapid fixers are put up for use in color processing.
