A search way back in the list turns up the following quote from Tim 
Rudman, dated 4 Sept 2001

A quick Google search turns up home pages for both the Swedish 
Institute of Conservation and the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts 
School of Conservation, but they are in, respectively, Swedish and 
Danish.

Not much help, but it's a start...
