[pure-silver] Re: 4x10

I shoot my fair share of 4x10. I really like printing on 24" paper. I can
get 2 or 3 per sheet of 20x24.

I process in expert drums and that works quite well for me. I have several
boxes of 4x10 when manufacturers were cutting it. I have found that if one
is not careful cutting the film, one half of the 8x10 sheet cut, fits well
while the other doesn't. I use a rotary cutter to dot his in the darkroom. I
will have to practice up again once my supply runs out.

I've done some work in platinum on 4x10, they work out quite well. On these
I like to do the "messy" edges for effect, but it seems to depend on the
image.

All in all, I really like the format.
