Bob,I'd be interested to know where you found this out, and if there's any more info available. Was there a trade publication article or other source you can reference?
Thanks, Adrienne Moumin *************************************** on the web at: www.picturexhibit.com Saatchi Gallery: http://tinyurl.com/hw6r3 Art DC: http://tinyurl.com/vtjqf *************************************** From: afterswift@xxxxxxx Hi Everyone,I think Kodak, Fuji and Ilford want to keep their options open. There are certain lines of digitals that are losing money now, from what I've read. There are consumers who won't touch a digital camera now or ever. They'll never be at home with that abstract technology. They constitute a sizable market.
Film will redefine its function and position in the product mix. We're going through a period of reorientation and the new direction indicated by developing techology in film as well as digital. The problem is that many folks are looking backward to predict the future. There are a lot of wild cards in the future's hand.
