The number 1 enemy of battery packs is heat.  When they are charging,
heat is generated.  Usually, the manufacturers suggest that you NEVER
charge longer than 24 hours.  It will kill the cells in your pack.  They
will no longer hold a charge.  The early Plextalk packs were nothing
great and quite expensive.  Don't know about the newer ones as I refuse
to pay what they want for one.
