RE: Microphone distorting

Hmmm. I have tried such a thing into the plex1. And I never could get it not to distort.

Maybe others have a better idea.

I don't know.  Can it be that whatever-you've-got as an intermediary?
Why not plug in the mike to the machine?  What is that "phantom" thing?
