That's ok, it only works in connected mode.

As it is now, you have to be either in the local data base or in the
central database at pskmail.org.

I have uploaded a new snapshot for the server
(http://sharon.esrac.ele.tue.nl/pub/linux/ham/pskmail/snapshot/serversnap.tar.gz)
 where it is possible to log on without having a record anywhere. After 
connect, the server will ask you to update your record.

In this case there is no restriction as to who can use your server,
which may be o.k.

I could also add a flag in the pskmailrc.pl so you can switch back this
off... Please let me know what you think.
