You can do that... just add an indicator AFTER every frequency line like:
10148000,10148000,10148000,10148000,18106000, #0
10148000,10148000,10148000,10148000,18106000, #1
10148000,10148000,10148000,10148000,18106000, #2
etc...
The parser will only read the first 5 values on a line.
In case a line is missing, it will use the previous line (nice when you are lazy...)

how about adding a dummy field for the hour in every line to make it
human readable?
