[pskmail] read mail commands

Would it be possible to add some shortcuts to the read mail keyboard
commands? Im speaking of the type of commands that Winlink uses for
reading mail by keyboard.
rm [readmine] read all of may mail
km [kill mine] kill all of my mail
lm [list mine] list all my mail
I know its a minor issue but it would make it easyer for us folks that
still love the keyboard.
