Hi Fred,
Sure, you can get it but its in the raw form then (as attached).
You just browse for it and it will be text dumped for you, its not
pretty and its very big.
But, I have been experimenting with rss feeds where I have used one such
to send the news to SA0BCJ. All rss feeds have some things in common
(title, description, link etc) so using the "news" parser I get this
instead:
./catrss.pl http://www.gdacs.org/xml/RSSEQLite.xml
Green earthquake alert Samoa(M=6) potentially affecting <10000 people.
Green earthquake alert Philippines(M=6.5) potentially affecting 104000
people.
Green earthquake alert Indonesia(M=5.4) potentially affecting 1.8
million people.
Green earthquake alert Philippines(M=7.2) potentially affecting 290000
people.
Green earthquake alert Philippines(M=7.6) potentially affecting 204000
people.
Green earthquake alert Philippines(M=7.3) potentially affecting 325000
people.
Now thats probably too simplified but it shows what I mean.
We could include an rss feed parser in the server, it would for instance
make it easy to get the latest news in a very brief format.
