[pskmail] n5ale success!!!

Was able to access n5ale's machine without too much problem. Those occasional
pactor stations cut right through. Has to adjust frequency to 14.076.01 to
get it right on the mark. I am using an ic-706mkiig this time , so I wouldn't
have to play with fldigi's settings when I use the SGC-2020.
