[pskmail] jPSKmail-0.8.5-: startup problem

Windows XP, fldigi 3.20.32
I have just installed jPSKmail-0.8.5-Setup.exe -- this is the first time
I have tried pskmail.
On pskmail startup (after starting fldigi), I get a pop-up saying:

Problem
Message: For input string ""
From class: class.java.lang.NumberFormatException
Problems with config parameter.
