This is a missing parameter issue.
Without knowing the details of that version, the fix-all solution is to
delete the config file and let the program re-create it.
Under Linux in .pskmail, under Windows in Documents and
settings\YourUserName\pskmail

I am currently working 1.4.b7 on a Windows XP and Ubuntu 10.04LTS without
problems. Do I need to change any java settings or load another java to
test jPSKMail_mod.jar ?
