sounds like the fldigi wants another version of hamlib.
did you build it yourself? if not, then try a fresh
build and see what happens. get the current versions
of both.

this has nothing to do with pskmail, it is an fldigi issue.
You can neglect this warning. It just shows an incompatibility between the
fldigi binary and the hamlib version, it does not hurt operation in any way.
