[pskmail] WB5RFQ-5 upgraded to 1.5.0

Today I installed Lubuntu 11.10 and PSKmail_server-1.5.0 -- I'm still not
scanning frequencies, but I have upgraded.
I also installed jPSKmail 1.5 and will try working through KB2PNM or other
servers occasionally.
I have not seen much activity on my server for some time and was beginning
to wonder if my outdated version had some incompatibilities.
I'll see what happens over the next day or two.
