[pskmail] Version 0.5 release

Hi folks,
the beta of pskmail_client-0.5 has been out in the wild for a month now, and it
is time to
release it.
I have made a few bug fixes and enhancements:
* The APRS beacon was switched off during TTY (Chat) mode and was never
switched back on
* Several enhancements to the software DCD
* Shorter preamble... Used to be <CALL>, now the one-character <US> which also
triggers the DCD.
* I have added a special clock to the GUI so you can see exact timing (e.g.
puppy has no seconds on the clock)
* The calls will automatically be converted to upper case in the Options and
Server entry dialogues.

IMPORTANT: The version will not work with fldigi releases older than 1.37...
