Precisely. That's why I asked Rein to clarify whether he was talking about *dial* frequency or *transmitted* center frequency. He seemed to be saying different things at different points that didn't accord with the server frequency listing, which, if I understand it correctly, refers to *transmitted* frequencies throughout (which it should).
