[pskmail] Transmitted APRS Posit not correct

I am taking my first baby steps with jPSKmail on 30m.
I manually entered my position into jPSKmail as Lat 51.966104 and Long
000.4894024 (I do not have GPS).
To check the transmitted posit, I unselected compressed. The actual
transmitted posit string is 5157.97N and 00029.36 E. Why is this
different from the posit I manually entered?
