It's mostly outdated, very bewildering for any newcomer. All
information should be concentrated at pskmail.org. Don't see any good
reason to continue the wiki in the existing way.

How about a halfway house? On the Wiki homepage post a large WARNING
message saying that the Wiki will close on, say, 31 December, and
include a link to http://www.pskmail.org/.
Then on 1 January, remove the Wiki, and just leave a URL redirect to
http://www.pskmail.org/.
Then on 1 February, delete the redirect. New users will then have to
google for http://www.pskmail.org/.
In parallel, concentrate on updating http://www.pskmail.org/.
Or something like that.
